DrawShop.com Royalty Free License Agreement

DrawShop.com´s royalty-free license allows you to use images in your projects without limitations on time. Unlimited reproduction/print run, or geographical location of use.
The license allows the buyer to use the graphics in the following professional applications:

• Publicity - Press - General Information
• Websites, Intranet Websites or Blogs
• Company brochures, folders, posters, and other promotional materials
• Multimedia and/or printed presentations or reports
• Decorations, Merchandise, T-shirts
• In Corporate Communications, a corporate identity or logo *

* Is only aloud without trademark registration.

This is a legal agreement between you and DrawShop.com. The term "Content" is defined as any graphics or illustrations included in the Product(s) purchased. By using said Content, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

All Content is licensed to, or owned by, the DrawShop.com artists. DrawShop.com warrants that we have the right to grant this license to you. DrawShop.com shall not be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or other damages arising out of the license of Content, including any claim of a third party.

Your right of usage under this agreement includes the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Content in whole, or in part, in advertising and promotional materials for you or your customers or direct clients. The purchased graphic can be used for project for the end user; no other party may use the graphic. Employees, freelancers working on projects for the end user may have access to the graphic(s) but only for projects for the end user. Graphics from DrawShop.com may not be used without license. If you have multiple clients wishing to use the same image, you must purchase a license for each customer. Licenses are not transferable to others. A license must be purchased by each graphics and each end user. Once you license an graphic, the end user can use it forever, for multiple and permitted purposes, without having to pay additional costs. Examples of use include: personal and non-profit projects, advertisements, magazine articles, newspaper articles, reports, brochures, books, newsletters, multimedia applications and presentations, packaging, commercials, e-learning, distance learning, and school training. Content may be used as part of a website or design that appears on the Internet, but may NOT be made available in a downloadable or FTP format.

Content may not be rented, sold, given away, leased, sub-licensed or loaned in any way shape or form. Additionally, you agree to take all steps necessary to prevent any third party from duplicating or distributing any Content. Usage of images that would be offensive, pornographic, promoting defamation of character, or otherwise unlawful uses of images is expressly prohibited. Trademarks of illustrations used in logo designs are strictly prohibited. The use of Content in whole, or in part, for multiple resale in the form of stock proofs, engravings, film, mats, printing, distribution of digitized embroidery files, cd-rom, online stores such as CafePress.com, and other similar sites is strictly prohibited.

All equipment accessing Content must be at one physical location and be operating under one organization. No copies of this Content may be resold or redistributed. If you fail to comply with any of the terms of this license your license will automatically terminate without notice from DrawShop.com. Upon termination, you shall destroy all Content or copies thereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Due to the nature of our Content refunds are not given for any purchases. We strongly encourage you to contact us with any questions prior to making a purchase.
