Welcome to DrawShop.com! We invite you to take a few moments to review the Terms and Conditions stated in this section which apply to your access and use of this web site. The talented team of professional artists who offer custom design work on DrawShop.com have agreed to follow a few simple rules and terms set up by DrawShop.com Administrators which not only protect and display our support towards our artists but also aids in the design work process. Additionally, we graciously ask that you, the client, follow similar rules when corresponding with our artists. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions as they are written, you should not use the services of DrawShop.com. DrawShop.com reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions at any time.

CONTACT WITH THE ARTISTS
Simply stated, the only approved form of communication between the client and the artist of choice is via the artist's personal private Message Board set up on DrawShop.com. DrawShop.com takes our Privacy Policy very seriously. Therefore, artists are prohibited from asking for client's private email, telephone number, Skype ID, etc., nor participate in any other form of on-line communication other than via his DrawShop.com's private Message Board. Specific terms of the order (such as price and delivery time) will be agreed upon between the artist and the client. Procedures for cancellation of job orders will be at the discretion of the individual artist. DrawShop.com is not liable for any damages resulting from any violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names, slogans, or graphics designed by artists

PAYMENTS
All payments must be made through DrawShop.com's payment gateways. Artists and clients are prohibited to use or recommend any other types payment methods.

HOW TO GET IN DIRECT CONCACT WITH THE ARTISTS

Our process is simple. Sign Up Now!

The unique opportunity to have direct contact between the artist and a customer who may require specially designed graphics or images, will be made available via our custom job forum. First, register for a customer account, which will enable you to communicate directly with the artist at any time. After the registration process is completed, you are ready to login and contact the artist with your query via his personal message box. You will also have access to a library of your completed custom graphic projects. Your graphics will be safely secured for download at any time.

Please note: registration is not required to purchase our Royalty Free Shop graphics. Purchases may be made quickly and directly from the shopping cart without registering for an account.
